Equipment Cutting Advantages
1. For medium and low carbon steel within Gr50# round steel bar, the whole series of products support fast cutting. Take C45 carbon steel as an example,with a diameter of 50mm,and cut into lengths of 50mm, more than 4,000 pieces can be processed in 8 hours.
2. The whole series of equipment supports cutting of high-hard materials, such as bearing steel GCr15, 42CrMo, and mold steel. The high-precision backlash-free gearbox designed and manufactured by Torsel ensures cutting life and stability of the saw blade when cutting high-hard materials.
3. Supports stainless steel cutting, with ordinary stainless steel using driven steel brushes, and 316 stainless steel or above using active steel brushes.
Equipment Control Advantages
1. The overall equipment control system adopts Huichuan ARM600 series intelligent controller, equipped with Inovance high-precision servo motor to realize full closed-loop control of the entire process. The equipment does not need to locate the origin when it is powered on. The origin of each part adopts soft limit. There are no traditional limit switches or travel switches. It can automatically memorize the shutdown position and run automatically at any time.
2. The equipment can realize online automatic cutting, and unmanned operation can be realized when the material rack is kept with material; the equipment can set the short material cutting mode, and the short material can be automatically processed.
3. Both sawing and feeding are controlled by servo motors, with stable cutting, accurate feeding, automatic turning, automatic separation of material head and tail, and automatic collection of iron chips by chip conveyor, saving labor.
4. Humanized operation interface, using touch screen operation, general personnel can operate with simple training.
